Mr. Anil Doshi has been in practice since 1982. He oversees the tax advisory, international taxation and financial advisory practice of the firm.

Qualifications: B.Com., LL.B., ACS, FCA, DISA, CISA.

Law Graduate from Bombay University
Completed Post Qualification Course in Information Systems Audit [ICAI] and Certified Information System Auditor [ISACA, USA]

Two Years Post Qualification Experience in M/s A. F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as ‘Assistant Tax Manager’ in the Tax Department handling tax matters of various Foreign Companies and large Indian Corporations and non-resident taxation.
Practicing Chartered Accountant since 1984.

Member of International Taxation Committee and Taxation Committee [Convenor] of BCAS; Core Group Member of BCAS and Member of Klaus Vogel Group on International Tax Studies.

Joint Secretary of the Western Region Chapter, India Branch of International Fiscal Association [IFA] from 2011-12 to 2014-15.

Co-authored the books on ‘Taxation of Fees for Technical Services-A Referencer’ and ‘Black Money Act – An Analysis’ published by BCAS in July 2014 and August, 2015, respectively.
Contributing a monthly column on ‘International Taxation’ in the BCAS Journal, jointly with two other Co-contributors since Feb 2008.
Contributor for ‘International Taxation – A Compendium’ published by CTC in August, 2005, 2008 & March 2013.
Contributor and Co-ordinator Pre and Post Budget Memorandum, representation on various tax matters to government and authorities and Budget Publication on behalf of BCAS
Contributor for ‘Practical Guide to Indian Transfer Pricing’ Published by CTC in Sep 2010.

Acting as a faculty in the Intensive study course on Double Tax Avoidance Agreements organised by BCAS since 2010.
Contributing as a faculty in the various seminars and study courses organised by BCAS, CTC and WIRC etc. on Taxation, Foreign Exchange Management Act and International Taxation.
Group Leader to lead the Group Discussions on Technical Papers at various Conferences / Refresher Courses organized by BCAS & IFA.
Actively participating and leading Study Circle Meetings on the subject of International Taxation in CTC and Klaus Vogel Study Group of BCAS.

Kajal is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2006.

She has more than 10 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Tax and Other regulatory Compliances.

She is also a member of Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society.
